2018-19 Edition Updates
The California Office of the Patient Advocate (OPA) is pleased to announce the upcoming changes to the 2018-19 Edition Health Care Quality Report Cards. The 2018-19 Edition Report Cards will reflect Measure Year 2017 (MY 2017) data. There are two items we’d like to inform you about.
1. Summary of Changes
OPA has recorded a video presentation describing the planned updates for the 2018-19 Edition Health Care Quality Report Cards on August 17, 2018. We have also provided a Summary of Changes document for reference below.
2. Profile Updates for Medical Groups and Health Plans
If your organization requires any changes to the information currently displayed on your profile page, please send the updates to firstname.lastname@example.org. by August 24, 2018.
You can find your organization’s current profile information here:
- For health plans, visit the Health Care Quality Report Cards page, click on your organization’s name to see the existing profile page and verify the current information.
- For medical groups, visit the Medical Group Report Card County Chooser page and search for your organization either by selecting the relevant county or choosing the first letter of the medical group’s name. Once on the county summary ratings page, click on your organization’s name to see the existing profile page and verify the current information. Please be sure to send any updates related to “Counties served” and “Number of physicians.”
