Learn how to work with your doctor and get the right preventive care for someone in your age group.  Know how to get better care if you have a medical condition

Learn about your rights as a patient. For example, you have the right to file a complaint if you have a problem with your health plan or one of its providers.  You also have the right to get a copy of your medical records.

You can call your health plan's member services for questions about your benefits.  You can also call your plan if you need language assistance.

You can call your plan's nurse help line if you have a question about a medical problem or need help deciding if you need to see a doctor.
