Troubles understanding English? Your health plan must give you assistance in your language, at no cost.

You Have the Right To

  • Interpreter Services at:
    • the doctors office
    • the laboratory
    • the therapy facility
    • and other points of service
  • Written translations or verbal interpretation of important documents including:
    • applications
    • notices about the right to file a grievance
    • notices about the denial, reduction, modification, or
    • consent forms
