You Have the Right To
- Interpreter Services at:
- the doctors office
- the laboratory
- the therapy facility
- and other points of service
- Written translations or verbal interpretation of important documents including:
- applications
- notices about the right to file a grievance
- notices about the denial, reduction, modification, or
- consent forms

- Ask for an interpreter before your doctors visit
- Ask for a list of doctors who speak your language
- Problems understanding documents? Ask for language assitance.
