Mobile Information Center and Patient Advocate Participation

Click here to see our Photo Gallery!The Office of the Patient Advocate has created a self-contained, traveling, community awareness Mobile Information Center (MIC) to take our message directly to HMO enrollees across the State. The MIC has been designed specifically to inform enrollees about their health care rights under California law and the ways in which they can successfully navigate the managed health care system. The MIC has knowledgeable outreach staff that disseminates our educational materials to HMO consumers.
