Care for Getting Better - See how well HMOs and their doctors help members get the right treatment to recover from serious illness. Care for Living with Illness - See how well HMOs and their doctors take care of members who are chronically ill. Doctor Communication and Services - See patients' ratings of the care and service the get from plan doctors and staff.
