The ratings chart below lists HMOs that have provided information to the Office of the Patient Advocate about language assistance services they offer to their members who use American Sign Language or do not speak English. The ratings show how the HMOs compare to each other in terms of which plans report that they offer more or less services. The chart is not intended to indicate the quality of the services provided. If your HMO is not listed below, it is because the HMO did not provide information.
